Well-Hopped Lager – Brewed by Oppigards in Sweeden. The first Swedish brew at the Stackhouse! Brewed in a tiny log building built in 1696 on the Falkerstrom family farm, the brewery allows the the farm to continue to provide a livelihood for the Falkestroms, as it has since the mid-1700s. Well-Hopped Lager uses English malts and a healthy dose of Saaz hops and is fermented at a low temperature to help create a clean malt flavor balanced by the characteristics of the Saaz hops.
